The breakfast options were decent, but the dining area was crowded and could use more seating. The indoor pools were really nice, and the staff were friendly. A games room would be a fun addition. Parking was limited, making it hard to find a spot.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Indoor pool was nice. Breakfast was average. Very limited golf course options. The games room was a fun extra but the hallways had a weird smell.

The game room was fun and kept the kids entertained. The check-in staff could use some better training.

A decent hotel with friendly staff and a surprisingly good breakfast. The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was tighter than I'd prefer. The pool was great, though chaos from teenagers made it less enjoyable at times. Carpet felt worn, and there was a musty odor in the hallways. I faced some frustrations with housekeeping’s every-other-day towel policy. Still, it had a welcoming atmosphere, and the arcade was a hit with the kids. Despite the quirks, I’d consider returning for the friendly vibe and enjoyable breakfast.

clean room, clean facilities with comfortable beds that made for a restful night and a conveniently located property that allowed easy access to local attractions.
Not a single issue.

The check-in experience was just awful. The staff was super unfriendly, almost like they didn't want us there after a long drive. It really put a damper on our trip from the start; I expected better hospitality.

The room was clean and the temperature control worked well. the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too thick. Walls were thin, amplifying sound from nearby rooms and the hallway. The bathroom was very tiny and felt cramped, lacking space and cleanliness at check-in. The shower floor creaked, raising safety concerns with soft spots. The staff were friendly, but the experience with trash disposal was disappointing. The outdoor areas were pleasant, but some furniture was in need of replacement. Despite these issues, the room still met basic expectations for a budget hotel.

Great location and free parking. Wi-Fi was spotty, and breakfast could be improved.

Kind staff made a notable impression. They let us eat breakfast despite our late arrival. The property was stunning—well-maintained with unique amenities like pools and spas in each building. ample seating outside didn’t compensate for breakfast choices. Bacon options would cater to all tastes. Contrastingly, our building felt underwhelming and lacked festive decor. Cleanliness was subpar; The shower was noisy, and one wash rag simply wasn’t enough. my grandson cut his foot on the protruding carpet tacks. The bed was uncomfortably hard, akin to sleeping on the floor. Service issues compounded our disappointment, leading me to reconsider future visits.

Just a decent option for a weekend stopover in Branson with exceptional value. Comfortable bed was a plus.

The staff greets you like a long-lost bestie. The parking situation is a breeze, and I loved the super clean common areas.
But the noise from the hallways and other rooms was a constant reminder of my questionable life choices.

I absolutely loved how easy it was to explore Branson from this hotel, as it was just blocks away from the vibrant activity of the Strip, and practically within a stone's throw of various attractions like the Themed Mini Golf, which was only a short 350-meter walk, and the World’s Largest Toy Museum, just over 2 km away; plus, with friendly staff, comfy beds, and two refreshing pools, my stay was really enjoyable. Although the bathroom space could use a little more room, it didn't take away from my overall great experience.

Nestled in a cozy ski lodge overlooking the grand Rocky Mountains amidst peaceful aspen and birch trees, we enjoyed a serene family retreat.
My kids wished for more indoor activities for families.

Rooms were clean and beds super comfy. Pool and hot tub were great temperature and whole family had a blast.
It was a bit pricier than I usually pay but worth it.

The Stone Castle Hotel & Conference Center boasts a great location for exploring Branson. The staff were genuinely helpful, retrieving a forgotten item for me and mailing it back. Enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and a surprisingly good breakfast, though noise from neighboring rooms was a downside.

The indoor pool was so refreshing, my kids loved every splash! The breakfast spread was delicious, and I couldn't resist the biscuits and gravy. The staff made our stay even more special with their kindness and helpfulness!
Couldn't recommend more! ❤️😊

We conquered the Kapau Plummet and chilled on the Aloha River , total blast! The music show was off the hook, like a mini Broadway show with killer vibes.
Would've loved some late, night fun activities like a teen, themed dance party.

When we stayed at Stone Castle, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. They were quick to assist us with any questions we had and were knowledgeable about the area's attractions. The hotel had a nice collection of brochures and coupons available, making it easy to plan our activities. On the downside, the room we stayed in was quite small and outdated. The bed was uncomfortable, and every movement made the mattress bounce like a trampoline, which made it challenging to get a good night's sleep. The pillows felt like rocks, and the bathroom was tiny with a low toilet that was inconvenient for adults. The decor in the room didn't match the castle theme as advertised, with peeling paint and rust on the towel rack. Despite these flaws, the breakfast at Stone Castle was a highlight. The spread was delicious, and the staff at the front desk were accommodating and helpful. the breakfast room was overcrowded during our stay, making it difficult to enjoy the meal comfortably. The location of the hotel was convenient, and the air conditioning worked well, which was a relief during our stay.

Plenty of amenities, including multiple pools and spas, a convenient location just off Hwy 76, and a flavorful, substantial breakfast with ample seating.
Felt right at home, no complaints at all.

the stone castle hotel & conference center felt like a very large super eight. 3 buildings maybe, but the place was very clean. the breakfast was okay. the staff working in the breakfast area were great, even with bus loads of people pushing through. during our stay, someone accidentally hit our car in the hotel parking lot, but a hotel guest saw it and gave information to the office. the office notified us in a timely fashion with courtesy.
Nothing to mention 😊

Parking for my boat, amazing live shows, outdoor adventures like hiking, a stunning Taj Mahal mural, fun game room, and Family Fun Parks. The security's a nice touch. Group travel was great for discounted rates and shared experiences.
Noisy kids, Jacuzzi cold like a warm bath.

My stay at The Stone Castle Hotel was comfortable and the breakfast was satisfying. The unique exterior added to the experience. The room size was a drawback, but the price was reasonable.

Loved the outdoor waterfall and peaceful decks. Great staff with helpful tips for activities. The location was fantastic, close to all the fun spots we wanted to hit.
Overdue for updates: TVs and cable services need improvement. Noisy with kids running amok by the pool and a hard bed that caused body aches.

The waterfall and castle-like exterior were stunning. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick. The heated pool was a nice touch and the cleanliness of the hotel was appreciated. The seating area downstairs was cozy and inviting, making a good first impression. The breakfast was decent and the breakfast staff worked hard to accommodate the busloads of guests rushing out in the mornings.
The rooms smelled awful and were very dated inside. The beds were uncomfortably hard, and the pillows were flat.
